As graduate and professional trainees we are often faced with the challenge of meeting intense academic and personal demands placed upon us.  "Mental Health in Medicine: Resiliency” will be an interactive session in which we not only discuss the toll that these challenges can take on mental health, but also, more importantly, we will cover strategies to help navigate and manage stress. Although the title highlights medicine, what we will cover today can be applied to handling stress in any field or at any level of training.
